What can the trade portal do?

Price lists: Gives you the ability to download up-to-date price lists that dynamically change as soon as we make changes in our inventory system.

Invoice Visibility: This portal allows you to view past invoices and orders from one location. This invoice history is a great way for your accounts department to monitor your spend and business with us.

This platform makes ordering easy for tradies by allowing purchases on account or through a secure payment gateway (depending on what trade tier you are on). The Trade Platform ordering section also allows for adding purchase order numbers to orders.

Unfortunately, technology limits what is achievable in this portal regarding delivery charges. The Rock 'N' Soil Trade Portal can’t do the following:

• It can’t calculate crane truck deliveries (these still need to be handled by the office)
• It can’t calculate charges for turf (please call the office to order turf)
